Patty Accorto received her real estate license in 2004 and has grown to become one of the most experienced and knowledgeable real estate agents in the nation. She works for Keller Williams Central in Plantation, FL, where she continues to be one of the top agents in the market center. She also serves on the market center's Agent Leadership Committee (ALC). Patty is a designated REALTOR member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, a member of the Broward Council and Greater Fort Lauderdale Board of Realtors. Patty is also a member of the elite group of Business Network International (BNI) and the Davie/Cooper City Chamber of Commerce. With Patty’s outstanding performance over the years as a top producing agent, she consistently maintains a reputation of being understanding and service oriented. Patty’s in-depth industry knowledge includes specialty courses such as Real Estate Practice, Economics, Financing, Property Management, Legal Aspects, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Investments, Exchanges, Taxation and Creative Financing. Patty has also served as Chairperson for multiple committees within the market center including the Culture and Growth Committee. She has received prestigious awards from the Keller Williams South Florida Region, including the Spirit Award, and has also ranked in the top for listings and closed volume. In addition, she was named South Florida’s “Cultural Ambassador” and was recognized on stage at the annual Keller Williams Convention in 2016.
Patty is a community oriented individual and enjoys volunteering and sponsoring various local events including the annual Forest Ridge Holly Day Parade, the Spring Fling, and Lighting of the Lights. Patty has sponsored agents in the Keller William’s market center for various courses that would benefit their career. In addition, she supports KW Cares which is a 501(c) (3) public charity created to support Keller Williams’s associates and their families with hardship as a result of a sudden emergency. Patty is extremely involved in her current market center. She has held the role of Culture Chairperson, where she organized and orchestrated large events for her market center that benefitted and bettered the local community – refurbishing local parks, rebuilding homes, and beautifying beaches just to name a few.
Patty is not only a successful realtor, but a proud wife and mother. She has been married to her husband Rick, who is a recently retired FAA Air Traffic Controller, for over 30 years. Her daughter, Ashley, is a University of Miami (double) graduate with undergrad and Masters and also holds her real estate license.
